Catholic Charities Food Pantry

It's time! The Diocese of Raleigh has scheduled a ribbon cutting and "Stock the Pantry" event for May 17, to mark the opening of the new Durham Community Food Pantry & Reverend Joseph G. Vetter Family Enrichment Center. Click here for registration and other details. 

Durham Congregations and Neighborhoods (Durham CAN)

Holy Cross parishioners Elizabeth Deshaies, Yvonne Fisher, Dianne Ponder and Ava Thompson were the 650 delegates and others attending the Metro Assembly on March 21, where a living wage of $15 per hour and other workforce development issues were discussed. Holy Cross Sharing Garden

It's spring, and that means it's time to wake up the Holy Cross Sharing Garden. Here's a form where you can register how you would like help this season, and how often. Households can rent  garden spot for $25 for the growing season; individuals can sign up to help with various garden tasks, for one time, once a month or all season long. Questions?
