Evening Prayer with Bishop-Elect Zarama Monday, Aug. 28

An opportunity to pray with our new bishop

Evening Prayer 

Holy Cross parishioners are invited, along with others in the diocese, to join Bishop Elect Luis Rafael Zarama as he celebrates Evening Prayer at 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 28, at Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral. 

This Evening Prayer, open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, occurs in anticipation of the Aug. 29 installation of Bishop Luis Zarama as Raleigh’s sixth bishop. Read more about evening prayer.

Installation of the Bishop Luis Rafael Zarama

Bishop Zarama will be installed as the sixth bishop of the Diocese of Raleigh at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29, at the Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral. While the installation is by invitation only, it will be streamed live at dioceseofraleigh.org/livestream.
