Join us for the Easter Triduum

The summit of the Liturgical Year

Celebrate the Easter Triduum with us at Holy Cross from the evening of Holy Thursday to the evening of Easter Sunday.

Our schedule for these days of Holy Week, which mark the summit of the Liturgical Year, are preceded with the diocesan Chrism Mass to be held on Tuesday, April 12, at St. Michael's Parish in Cary. At this Mass, the Oil of the Sick, the Oil of Catechumens, and the holy Chrism, will be blessed. A member of the parish will bring the parish's oils back, and they will be presented to the parish at the start of the Holy Thursday liturgy.

  • Holy Thursday Mass | 7 PM - followed by procession to the Chapel of Repose and time for personal prayer and reflection
  • Good Friday Service | 3 PM
  • Easter Vigil Mass | 8:30 PM
  • Easter Sunday Mass | 10 AM
