Youth Faith Formation 2025/2026 Registration ***Link***
Parish volunteers serve as catechists in our Faith Formation program. All complete Safe Environment Training required by the Diocese of Raleigh, and receive teaching materials for the grade level that their student group's grade level. Catechists are also asked to serve as chaperones for the annual Faith Formation Field Trip, which in the past has been to an amusement park.
Children who are age 7 before June 11 (and those who are older but have not yet received these sacraments) are invited to participate in our faith formation and sacramental preparation classes. Class sessions are held in the Parish Hall and other spaces office after the 10 AM Sunday Mass.

Adult Newcomers to Catholicism and Ongoing Adult Formation(form below)
Becoming Catholic is a journey which individuals and their sponsors pursue together. There is no set time but the process typically takes about a year but could take several years depending on the individual. Sessions run from the Fall until Easter when new Catechumen and Candidates fully enter into the Catholic Faith.
We need Catechist or teachers to sponsor those interested in becoming Catholic. We also welcome those interested in becoming Catholic. Candidates are individuals already baptized in another Christian faith. Catechumen are individual who have not been baptized.
