For those new to us, we welcome you and look forward to getting to know you.
Holy Cross now uses ParishSOFT Family for parishioner registration information
- It allows a new parishioner who wishes to register with Holy Cross to submit initial information online.
- Please use this link to access ParishSOFT Family and register!
- Be sure to select "Holy Cross, Durham" from the Organization drop down
- It allows existing parishioners to update their information contained in ParishSOFT Family.
- If you haven't already registered for ParishSOFT Family you will need to complete the "New User Registration Form" as well. See the step above
- If your account has been approved, you can access/update your information at this link using your email / password that was setup. Your Family information will be under the "My Parish' tab.
- Any questions please use our email contact form to reach the office administrator by email.
A few details about the process of submitting information via ParishSOFT
- Once you complete the registration form, your account will need to be approved to access ParishSOFT. This approval enables direct updates to your data in the future. The account approval process will take at least one business day.
- Information you submit to update existing information has to be approved and will not be reflected immediately. It too will take at least one business day to be updated. Or the office administrator will contact you for required clarification.
