Holy Cross Scholarship Opportunities
The Holy Cross Scholarship Program was established to financially support registered members of Holy Cross Parish. Graduating high school students receive primary consideration. Continuing undergraduate college students may also be considered.
All Scholarship applicants will interview with the Scholarship Committee before applying.

- Select your time to be interviewed
- High School Seniors May 7, 2026 4:30pm – 6:00pm
- Continuing College Students Saturday May 16, 2026 10am – 1pm
- Students will receive confirmation of interview from the scholarship Committee
Scholarship applications for the 2026 Scholarship year are available on the church website May 18, 2026.
The information on the application must be accurate.

Holy Cross Rev. Francis M. O'Connor, S.J. Scholarship:
For graduating high school seniors primarily. Continuing undergraduate college students may also be considered. The fund is in memory of Father O'Connor. He initiated the Holy Cross Scholarship program in 1979 with contributions from his family.
Mildred Walker Pinkard Scholarship:
An annual one-time $1,000.00 scholarship granted to a graduating high school senior who chooses to attend an (HBCU) Historically Black College or University.
The fund is in memory of Holy Cross parishioner, Mildred Walker Pinkard. It was initiated by, and is sponsored by, the family.
