Holy Cross Stations of the Cross
Hosted for the Diocese of Raleigh
In 2026 we will again host Stations of the Cross: Overcoming Racism at Holy Cross. This event series - each Friday during lent is being hosted for diocese. The intent of the series is to help those who suffer from the sin of racism a means to become aware of their bias and overcome the sin.
We need your help to make this program successful. We need
- Assistance with the Stations (candle bearers and light holders)
- Greeters in the gathering space
- Assistance with the meal service in the parish hall
Please use the form below to sign up for either of these areas if you are interested in learning more or helping out.
For details about the Stations of the Cross event series as well as opportunity to sign up to attend the event please visit the
diocesan stations of the cross page hosted here at Holy Cross. As we did last year, we will invite different diocesan communities to be readers for the stations. The above link in this paragraph will publish which communities are invited and when they will present as that information becomes available. For an example of the communities invited in 2025 see the bottom of the page accessed at this
